Are you discreet? |

Yes, very discreet. All orders sent in plain brown boxes or padded
envelopes. No indication on outside of package to what is inside. We
keep all our customer records confidential. We never sell our
customer list. We do not send any unsolicited mail. You can add or
delete your name from an e-mail list that we use to inform our
customers about new products and special offers. You must ask for
this service, you will not be added unless you request to be
included.

Can I order by phone? |
Yes! Just call 0208 953 0843. Please have the
details of your order ready with your credit card. We recommend
adding your items to your shopping cart and then print out the
shopping cart page before calling us.

How will my order be shipped? |

Your order will be
sent first class recorded delivery by Royal Mail.

How long will it take for
me to receive my order? |
Goods that are in stock are dispatched the same day. If for any
reason we are out of stock, we would expect to get your goods to you
in about 12 days. All our products are imported from the United
States and China so please allow 28 days before contacting us.

Yes, All of our payments are securely handled by
PayPal. We do
not see or store your credit card information. All we see is your
email address.

What will it show on my credit card bill? |
Your card will be billed by PayPal as a credit to
your PayPal account. Your PayPal account will show our name, Ladies of Love.

How can I pay for my order? |
You may pay with your Credit Card, Debit Card including Switch and
Solo using PayPal. You may also pay with your PayPal account.
